What hours do you work?
Our hours of operation are between 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday but we will work Saturdays and Sundays upon request.
What if I’m not happy with my clean?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you’re not happy with our work we’ll come back and fix the problem free of charge.
What if I have to cancel a scheduled cleaning?
We require 3 days prior notice to cancel a scheduled clean
How do you determine how much my cleaning service will be?
The cost of your cleaning service varies depending on the size of your office or house.
Do I need to provide anything?
No. We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies.

Do you Steam clean the carpet?
We do truck mounted carpet steam cleaning for all houses and units. (If there is no lift access to the unit). 99% of our customers request steam cleaning and most real estate agents don’t accept dry carpet cleaning for bond cleans in Canberra.
Do you provide a formal receipt for my landlord or real estate agent?
Yes! Once we’ve completed your job, you’ll get a receipt you can show your landlord or real estate agent.
Do you work with vulnerable people ? Or any secure or confidenial areas?

How should I prepare for my bond clean?
All items must be removed from your house so we can clean thoroughly enough to help you get your bond back.
What if I want to change the time for my clean?
You can easily change your clean time if you’re a residential customer. Commercial customers need to provide 2 weeks prior notice so we can make alternative arrangements.

How often do i need to clean my carpet?
Professionals agree every 12 months is optimal to keep your home happy and healthy and prolong the life of your carpets.
Why blinds, drapery/curtains are NOT including your bond cleaning package ?
Because curtain, drapery or blinds are separate business. And the agents do not need them to clean if they are already in clean condition.

Should i leave the house empty?
It is recommended that you move your furniture before the cleaners move in. Please do mention whether the place is furnished or not while inquiring online.
